During his tenure of service he took part in Navy Shooting Championships for the year 1986 to 1990 , has achieved Gold , Silver and Bronze medals in these championships . Awarded three times " Marksman " certificate , this certificate is awarded to top 10 scores shooters participated in the championship . He graduates from Pune University and done Leadership , Security , First Aid and Fire Fighting courses in Indian Navy . After his retirement from Indian Navy , he has served in different industries from 2000 to 2013 in Human Resource department as Executive .
